Privacy policy

We process the images you upload to convert them and then delete the originals. Registered users keep converted batches for 15 days. We use cookies only for authentication and language preference. We strip EXIF metadata (including GPS) from every image.

Anonymous uploads are kept in memory only during the conversion and discarded immediately afterwards. For registered users, originals and converted files are stored encrypted at rest on Cloudflare R2 for up to 15 days, then automatically purged. EXIF metadata is removed by default.

When you register we store your email (hashed for password authentication), your locale preference, an "is verified" flag, and the timestamp of creation. You can request account deletion at any time via the support email.

We use technical cookies (`PHPSESSID`, CSRF tokens, `_locale`, `theme`, `fwq`) for the service to work and remember your preferences, plus Google Analytics cookies (`_ga`, `_ga_*`) for anonymous usage statistics. See the full cookie policy for the complete list with names, purpose and duration.

Our web server logs each request with your IP, user agent and timestamp for security and abuse detection (e.g. rate limiting). Logs are kept for at most 30 days. Daily quota tracking uses your IP for anonymous traffic; that table is purged daily.

We use Cloudflare R2 for object storage of converted batches (registered users only). Outgoing email goes through a single SMTP provider. We do not share your data with anyone else.

If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, contact us via the support email and we will respond within 30 days.

Account: until you request deletion. Converted batches: 15 days. Quota tracking: 24 hours. Server logs: 30 days. Email logs: 90 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced via email to registered users. The "Last updated" date below tracks the current version.
